How I work

I work collaboratively and at a pace that respects your nervous system. We may explore patterns that repeat in relationships, experiences that remain unresolved, and protective strategies that once helped but now feel limiting. Insight matters, but so does the lived experience of feeling safe enough to respond differently.

Areas of focus

Early attachment experiences, developmental and relational trauma, shame and self-criticism, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation, emotional avoidance, intimacy, identity, and major transitions.

An integrative approach

My work is informed by Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, parts work, and relational psychotherapy. I do not approach these as techniques to apply mechanically; they are ways of listening to what your experience may be communicating.

Beginning therapy

We begin with a conversation about what brings you here, what you hope might change, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
